- wordwash filters incoming emails and removes all attachments and place them on an external server, leaving a link to the original file in the processed email. this will make the email storage requirements very low and get total control of all attachments.
- original documents can also be processed to several different parallel formats, like pdf, rtf, xml, txt, doc
- flexible processing rules which can be set on individuals or groups. it can also be set to have different rules on internal or external emails.
- processed emails can be in different formats and character encodings, like html, ascii (text only), etc. and html links can be preserved or stripped out of the emails making it possible to get a 100% virus free email environment. this can be very powerful for medical, banking, defence industry where the highest possible security is absolutely essential.
